- Step 2.1: Contract & Commencement We review scope, timeline, and warranties together. Sign when ready. 10% deposit to confirm your booking.
- Step 2.2: Compliance & Approvals (If Required) We manage all DA, CDC, or strata approvals, engineer sign-offs, and council liaison. Typical timeline 2–6 weeks.
- Step 3.1: Pre-Works Site Meeting 30-min pre-start meeting to confirm access, safety protocols, site logistics, and introduce your dedicated project manager.
- Step 4.1: Remedial Works Delivery Certified remedial works with daily supervision, photo progress updates, compliant methodology, and weekly client communication.
